Terms of service

1. General

KiekkoKingi Oy (DiscKing Ltd) (Business ID: 3205047-5) operates the online stores kiekkokingi.fi, discking.eu, and discking.se, where the company markets and offers products for sale. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed and deliveries made through our online store.
The terms valid at the time of the customer's order apply to the order. We may change the terms and conditions from time to time, so please review them each time before placing an order on our website.

2. Placing an Order

A contract is formed between the customer and KiekkoKingi Oy when the customer orders a product through our online store, accepts the terms and conditions, and pays for the product. Once the order has been received and paid for, it cannot be canceled via the online store. In the event of a cancellation, please contact customer service (info@kiekkokingi.fi).
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer after the payment has been made. The confirmation will include the order details, the chosen payment method, and delivery information. The customer will also receive shipping tracking details via email later.

3. Products and Prices

Product information and prices are displayed on the product page of each item in the online store. Prices for new products include VAT, which is shown at checkout before confirming the order. For used products, the margin scheme for VAT applies. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

4. Payment and Payment Methods

We use payment services provided by Shopify Payments and Qliro AB. The customer can select their preferred payment method in the shopping cart before making the payment. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment service provider before placing an order.

5. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options with different prices, which are displayed at checkout before payment. Choose your preferred delivery method; shipping costs are based on the selected method. We offer free shipping to certain countries when the order amount exceeds a set threshold. You can find more details on the checkout page. We ship to many countries worldwide. 6. Delivery Times

Orders are picked up from our warehouse every business day. Our typical delivery time within the EU is 1-5 business days. For countries outside the EU, it is 3-8 business days.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Customer satisfaction is especially important to us, so all products have a 14-day exchange and return policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be in its original condition and unused. The cost of return postage will be deducted from the refund, covering both the shipping and return costs. If the product is damaged or does not match the order, the customer must report this within 14 days of receiving the delivery so that we can resolve the issue.

8. Customs Fees

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import declarations if the order is shipped outside the EU. All our products are shipped from Finland, and the total value of the order, including shipping, will be declared.

9. Limitation of Liability

KiekkoKingi Oy is not responsible for direct or indirect damages unless otherwise required by mandatory law. This also applies to delays and other obstacles caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10. Disputes

We aim to resolve all disputes primarily through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the customer may take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before doing so, the customer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

KiekkoKingi Oy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on our website. The terms and conditions valid at the time of the customer's order will apply to the order.
